Orbital R&F have gained many contracted clients including such blue chip names as Guide Dogs and TLM Trading, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Leprosy Mission, in the charity sector, Tenant Services Authority in the public sector and   Forward Publishing, a publishing agency, part of the mighty WPP advertising group. As well as many other ad hoc projects in sales promotion and other market sectors.

When asked what he attributed this remarkable success to, Williams said, “Orbital has been in business since 1972 and has successfully ridden out previous recessions, so it made us an easy choice for clients looking for a well established supplier in these turbulent times. That coupled with our ongoing investments in the latest technology; including the implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics AX based business management system made us a first choice for many prospective clients”.

Orbital has nine sites in the UK including a call centre in Ashford, Kent, and a 100,000 sq ft storage, warehousing and fulfilment complex, centrally located in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

Orbital Response & Fulfilment is part of the Orbital Marketing Services Group which includes MacDonald Mailing, a major UK mailing house and BP Travel Marketing services, the largest travel brochure distributor in UK, as part of its family.

The Search Marketing for the Orbital Marketing Services Group is now handled By Cornish WebServices. This include search engine optimisation work, banner design and website development work.
