Another successful year of growth

Cornish WebServices continue to grow with increased profits and turnover last year following a successful year for existing clients and with many new clients trusting their Internet Marketing Services to the Cornish marketing and design expertise.
In recent months the team at Cornish WebServices has grown with the addition of extra designer, website developers, PR and Internet Marketing staff. In particular we have strengthened our expertise in multilingual marketing and design, particularly in Spanish, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese. The numbers of languages we have developed websites in is now over sixteen, and we provide ongoing SEO and paid search in an increasing number of locations around the world.
Highlights this financial year included the opening of our Cornish office to offer a more local service to clients in the South West, but also to tap into the wealth of design skill in Cornwall. It is exciting when we see our branding and design work directly helping clients win more business.
We have increased our team of developers to enable us to say yes to more of the requests for work, developing ecommerce websites, database systems and adding more functionality to our in house search engine optimised CMS, the Cornish CMS.
With an increasingly large client base including clients such as Defra, The British Museum, Bureau Veritas, Walls and Floors and Vinci Clinics we have benefited from our investment last year in a CRM system allowing effective project management. This helped us achieve ISO9001 accreditation in December, in recognition of the quality systems and procedures we have in place.
Our plan for the future? We still aim to be the very best at Internet Marketing. Our design and website development ethos is that good design is just one important part of an effective website, and we maintain our focus on making our websites valuable marketing tools for our clients. We are gradually recruiting and training staff to meet the growing needs of clients who are also growing thanks to effective marketing websites.
