Cornish WebServices Look Forward to the Start of The Olympics

Cornish WebServices are looking forward to the Olympic Games having followed the Flame's progress around the UK.

The Olympic Flame started its journey at Lands End in Cornwall on 19^th May. Cornish WebServices have offices in Cornwall and were pleased to see the torch relay begin its journey from here.

When the flame made its journey to the South East the Cornish team were out there to support it. On the 19^th of July, as the flame headed through Sturry on its way to Canterbury, staff members took an hour out from the Sturry office to cheer it on and got some fantastic photographs of the event.

Then as the flame then continued through the historic city of Canterbury past the world famous Canterbury Cathedral, other staff members from our new Canterbury office joined the crowd to see it go by as well as some of our clients.

Several Cornish members of staff have tickets to see the Olympic Games. It is a great time for this country and will help to boost tourism and the economy.

The number of visitors to the UK and the positive spirit that is being enjoyed can only help to boost business across the country.

We will be watching the Olympics Opening Ceremony tonight to mark the start of an exciting few weeks for Great Britain!
