How corporate cookery events work

Corporate cookery events are fast becoming an exhilarating activity to team-build, reward staff or create an impact on existing or prospective clients, especially with a world-class Italian chef at the helm. We have mastered the art of giving our clients a top-notch learning experience in our events as well as making cooking fun and interesting.
We offer team-building hands-on classes through our corporate cooking classes for staff and clients. We can provide demonstrations and talks and are happy to discuss your company requirements. Other options are available such as team competitions, classes, demonstrations or talks on specialist subjects e.g. Fresh Pasta Making, Easy Cook, Healthy Eating, Specific Regional Cooking (Tuscany, Abruzzo etc), Fresh Truffles/Fungi. (Please ask if you wish a tailor made class or talk)
Our most popular format is the team cooking a three course meal, after which you sit down and we serve this. This is widely enjoyed by everyone and is usually one of the most popular team building excercises.
- Once all group members have arrived, aprons and hats are donned, and the cooking begins after a short introductory talk.
- We usually divide a bigger group (over 15) into 2 teams, with one team doing starter and sweet and the other doing main course. A smaller group (15 maximum) can do all three courses, if preferred.
- Once the cooking is complete, everyone sits down together whilst we serve the 3-course meal along with a glass of wine.
Demonstrations can be held at your place of work and can cover an array of topics.
