Maintaining excellence in PPC through staff competition

Cornish WebServices were the first UK company to acheive Qualified AdWords Company Status and the first UK company to insist that all staff managing client PPC campaigns had actually passed the AdWords exam, and are not simply studying for it.

To qualify as a Qualified Google AdWords Company, the company must manage a significant amount of client spend and have at least two staff having passed the Google Professional Advertising Exam, which requries retaking every two years.

Cornish WebServices are proud of the fact that the average exam score recently has been over 93%. In fact all recent exam scores have been over 90%, and the latest (Febraury 2009) was 94%. Friendly staff rivalry and competition helps maintain a high standard of PPC campaign management and Cornish WebServices staff are continually seeking new ways to improve client campaigns.

The Google Professional Advertising Exam is a one and half hour online exam testing knowledge of the entire AdWords system, from policy, to best practice to billing queries plus testing you have an in depth knowldge of how the AdWords interface works. There are 150 multiple choice questions, some of which are relatively straightfoward, and others require more thought and correct interpretation.
