Kofax Software to Process One Million Pages of Invoices and Financial Documents Annually
Rohm and Haas a leading global manufacturer of chemical products and materials has selected Kofax software as its enterprise document scanning and data capture platform.
Rohm and Haas will be implementing the following Kofax software solutions:
- Kofax Capture – document scanning and forms capture to create digital images, extracting index data for retrieval purposes and delivering the images and associated data to a variety of repositories and applications.
- Kofax Virtual ReScan (VRS) – Kofax’s patented image enhancement and perfection software. VRS reduces the time involved in manual document preparation and enhances the quality of scanned images, dramatically improving both manual scanning productivity and the efficiency of document capture processes.
- Kofax Monitor - provides real time monitoring and performance capabilities to ensure the operational health of Kofax installations.
This will allow them to move their invoice processing operations across 50 sites to electronic invoicing and it is estimated that the quantity of financial documents and invoicing scanning will be approximately one million pages per annum.
