Black tiles have become a popular choice in recent years to add style to a house whatever room or space they are used in.
Black Floor Tiles
Black tiles on the floor can give a room a very different and stylish feel. There are several different ranges of floor tiles to choose from depending on the type of finish you require. For example the Negro Floor is a black tile with texture to give a pattern that is picked up in certain lighting conditions. By contrast the Sleek Black floor tile is a black ceramic tile with a gloss finish. These unique tiles have a subtle wood-effect design across the surface, which mimics the natural graining of wood. These can be used in hotels or residential areas.
Black Wall Tiles
There are sometimes different ranges for the walls compared to those for floors, and they may be more decorative. For example the Black Carrara BCT Tile is a smooth gloss black ceramic wall tile, with subtle pale grey veining to give a marble effect.
Black and white tiles
Black tiles can be used on their own, but they are often teemed with white tiles to give a sophistcated look. To make this easier you can buy chequer tiles in white and black. These are individual small black and white tiles just 25x25mm in size which are supplied on a mesh netting for faster application. These are apopular choice in bathrooms.
