Challenge

JI software are one of the UK agents for Maximiser, which is a CRM software suitable for small business through to large organisation. JI software were one of the first businesses to use the internet to market their services and their initial website did well. But after many years enquiries reduced as the website was no longer appearing high on Google. The challenge was therefore to regain top page rankings and improve enquiry rates from the website.

Solution

We redesigned the website to be more modern, but also to make it easier for visitors to make contact and enquire about the services offered. The website was recoded to be search engine friendly and then placed on the search engine optimised content management system.

One of the first tasks was up-to-date keyword market research to identify the best keyword to target for potential new enquiries.

Based on this research we helped edit the website copy so that the site appeared higher in Google for relevant search phrases.

The results were outstanding, with the website now appearing on top page of Google for many relevant keyword phrases.
